Looking for a Lead QA Engineer that is primarily Manual testing experience 
They need a Lead QA  that is all Manual and have 10/10 communication.  See they are using PWC for most of their IT.  This person is going to be representing NJ resources on Software QA and working with the PWC resources to accomplish the projects.   Need to have a wealth of QA knowledge 
NJ Resources is a Gas Utility company that about 4 years ago started a complete IT Transformation-  They are replacing everything.,  They are starting to come to the end of this 
Must have experience working at a Utility company Gas, Water, Electric 
Must Have Qualifications:
Communication is the biggest 
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer and Lead OR Senior as well or similar role with 8 plus years of experience 
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with both manual and automated testing (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestRail).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Must have Utilities experience ( Gas, Electric, water ) 
Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand software requirements and ensure testability.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved defects do not introduce new issues.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and report key findings to stakeholders.
Provide customer support by addressing technical issues, investigating user-reported problems, and offering solutions in collaboration with the development team.
Continuously improve testing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA and software testing.
