We help our global operations to support our customers' experience getting the help they need, whenever they need. As a member of the Customer Success Engineering team, you will be directly responsible for the customer and agent experience, and our customers' frictionless access to agents. You Will: Work on both frontend and backend systems of the Customer Success Technology engineering team. Design and implement solutions for ambiguous and complex problems using full stack technologies (React, Java/Kotlin, Go). Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our software systems, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability and maintainability. Participate in the brainstorming, technical design, and grooming of the next generation of Lending with a data-driven and customer-centric viewpoint. Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter. You Have: Minimum of 4 years of relevant software development experience Understanding of web development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, HTTP protocol, and database management. Knowledge of software development principles, including version control, testing, and debugging. Experience with full stack technologies (React, Java/Kotlin, Go).
