Work Description: Assist in the development of a message translation layer for communication between the new billing platform and downstream provisioning systems. Convert XML responses from the biller to TMF-compliant JSON messages for downstream provisioning. Collaborate with QA testers, vendors, and developers to ensure successful service enablement. Project Details: Consolidation of billing systems from acquired companies into a unified system, focusing on the translation and testing of communication between the biller and our internet, voice, and video platforms to deliver service to customers.
