The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint architecture, development, and consulting, with the ability to design and implement robust SharePoint solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals. Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall SharePoint architecture, including site structure, security, and governance. Implementation: Lead the implementation of SharePoint infrastructure and solutions, including custom development, configuration, and integration with other systems. Development: Create and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SharePoint systems are secure, and data integrity is maintained. User Support: Train and support end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint. Best Practices: Conduct research and provide guidance on SharePoint best practices. Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance on SharePoint best practices, including user adoption, governance, and information architecture. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint. Upgrades and Migrations: Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides. Must Have: Experience: Proven experience as a SharePoint Architect or similar role. Skills: o In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online. o Proficiency in SharePoint development using SPFx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power. o Experience with SharePoint migration tools and techniques. o Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance. o Familiarity with Office 365 and related technologies. o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Secondary Skills (Good To have Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, and Teams. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Certification in SharePoint or related technologies. Strong understanding of the retail domain and its specific requirements.
