In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance digital banking capabilities, define requirements, and drive improvements in retail banking processes using FIS DigitalOne platform. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong business analysis skills and a deep understanding of retail banking operations. Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for retail banking processes and FIS DigitalOne solutions. Work closely with product owners, developers, and technical teams to design and implement business solutions using FIS DigitalOne. Analyze and map current retail banking processes to recommend improvements or automation opportunities using the FIS DigitalOne platform. Lead business requirements sessions, conduct gap analysis, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards. Assist in defining functional specifications and user stories for FIS DigitalOne and related systems. Coordinate and communicate between the business, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are achieved. Support the testing and implementation phases of solutions, ensuring that functionality aligns with business needs. Provide post-implementation support, ensuring smooth transition to live systems, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Prepare user documentation, training materials, and deliver training sessions for users of FIS DigitalOne and related systems. Perform data analysis and create reports for senior management and business stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital banking, FIS DigitalOne, and related technologies to provide valuable insights to the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Retail Banking and financial systems. Proven experience with FIS DigitalOne or similar digital banking platforms, with a strong understanding of retail banking operations. Solid understanding of retail banking products and services, including loans, deposits, digital banking, and payments. Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements, creating user stories, and performing gap analysis. Strong skills in process mapping, business process reengineering, and recommending solutions to optimize business functions. Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
