The system in production facilitates CityFHEPS application submission, processing, and eligibility determinations, tracks CityFHEPS landlord and property records, and allows landlords to create an online account and perform functions that include submitting updated information, seeing limited payment history, and enrolling in electronic payments. There is a significant enhancement necessary to bring about the envisioned process improvements and to comprehensively address the original project objectives. Required Skills: Minimum 4 Years Experience in requirement gathering, business process modelling and conducting user acceptance testing. Minimum 4 Years Experience in Gap, Feasibility, SQL and Data Analysis. Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business Analysis and Project Methodologies, SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies. Minimum 4 Years Experience in designing workflow and process flow, preparing BRD, FRD, SRS documents. Minimum 4 Years Understanding of IT Systems and Process Optimization.
