Role: Sr IT Analyst Conceptualize and develop technical requirements for data architecture, data model and integration to EDW. Determining that the outcome of the integration has met the organizational needs. Creating and providing technical document that explains upcoming or existing integration to technical as well as non-technical individuals for adoption. Elicits, analyzes, and prioritizes business level and functional project requirements. Documents business requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria. Liaison between Information Technology & Business by leading and facilitating cross functional business requirement gathering sessions. Identify system requirements and capabilities to support execution of business objectives. Collaborates with information technology and the business in identifying and developing short-term and long-term solutions. Leads working groups to ensure that objectives are strategically aligned and supporting internal customer needs. Defines and develops business process, and data flow diagrams to identify, supplement and clarify business requirements. Conduct data validations, system integration testing and assist user acceptance testing. Communicates regularly with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and the project team to ensure alignment, understand progress against deliverables, and identify issues and solutions as needed. Develop domain knowledge for select functions / business and establish relationships of trust with the Functional Data and analytics teams. Lead and participate in complex EDW and other related IT projects; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.
