Please find the below job role and let me know your interest on the same .Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: West Chester, PA (3 days on-site required; 2 days remote) Need 8+years candidates VISA - GC EAD ,GC,USC For this role candidates MUST be strong with Agile and SQL. They will need to do SQL querying on the interview. They should have strong understanding of technical projects and working with developers; who are developing API heavy applications. Basically, a lot of BAs out there are more functional; working with the business and gathering requirements from a business standpoint. BAs in this company/organization sit in the technical teams; and need strong understanding of how the technologies work and will be expected to push back on business on what can and cant be done not just order takers. Description Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. Clearly identifies project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics. Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts. Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders. Laisions between business and IT to drive solutions Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Works with IT project Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile development practices within the organization. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
