We have Job opening on ECM Product Owner. Position:ECM Product Owner/ CCM lead , Location:NewYork, Duration: Contract. Job Description:- Skillset ECM Product Owner / CCM lead(opentextExstream or Quadient - (experience in Content Management and Customer communication projects involving tools like Quadient, Exstream, Silent etc) Location NewYork (need to check up for Remote) Must-have Technical/Functional Skills 1. 5+ years of industry experience with strong expertise in life insurance & annuity product development and servicing. 2. Proven experience handling Content Management and customer communication projects involving tools like Quadient, Exstream, FileNet, etc. 3. Ability to lead developers working on ECM, CCM tools, and APIs related to document management and customer communication integrations. 4. Good to have exposure to AWS modules and Document DB. 5. Must have direct experience actively using the Agile SDLC. 6. Must be proficient with Jira or equivalent tools. 7. Strong communication skills with the ability to align the organization on complex business feature support and assistance in making technical decisions. 8. Adept at demonstrating soft skills such as collaboration, creative thinking, critical observation, decision-making, and problem-solving. --- Roles & Responsibilities 1. Work with the SAE/CPO of Customer Communication and Content Management Domain to set a clear vision. 2. Assist in communicating the product vision to key stakeholders and members of our clients and consumers. 3. Ensure alignment of product features with Agile Epics, Features, and Stories with the overall product vision. 4. Create and continuously improve the product backlog, working with the team and Scrum Master, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized. 5. Review, provide feedback, and approve all work completed by the team (Product Owner Review) before the work gets released to our business partners. 6. Work closely with the Tech Lead and the Platform System Architect to deliver solutions that are modular, reusable, and technology-forward. 7. Establish and lead multiple teams across the Domain Journey to build skill sets, enhance collaboration on development, and optimize compensation capabilities for speed to market and operational efficiency. -- Note: Email is the best way to reach me.
