This is in their Parking Validation group. Masters Degree over experienced. Bachelor or No Degree but with good experience ok. Minimum 3 years experience. Jira and Python good to have. Must have valid drivers license and valid passport as this person may go to Europe once a year for a week stay. They like candidates from Michigan or Ohio that will relocate (no assistance given unfortunately) that have worked at Suppliers such as Bosch, Continental or the OEMs Ford, GM, Stellantis. The Advanced Urban Autonomous Vehicles team is searching for an experienced test technician / engineer to support our new autonomous driving features development. As a key member of our Autonomous Vehicles team, you will be supporting the software testing of our autonomous driving software stack. NVIDIA gives automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough artificial intelligence systems for self-driving vehicles. Today, we are working with over 270 partners that are using our platform in the development of autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis. What you'll be doing: Support testing, quality assessment, and validation of AV and ADAS features Help with code integration and issue triaging Develop and document test procedures Perform in-car testing and record test results Work with operation team to arrange logistics for testing Report product issues in a timely and structured manner using issue management system (JIRA) Work closely with product team to keep a pulse on overall product health Work with engineering teams to define useful categorizations of issues and efficient triage methods for them What we need to see: Experience with testing and validating automotive systems or similar robotic applications Proven track record of creating test plans, executing test cases to collect product health metric and reporting it back with detailed documentation Excellent communication skills Self driven and on the go problem solving skills Valid drivers license On-site availability Tech savvy and able to learn tools fast Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience with automotive Tier-1 supplier or OEM Deep knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle and ADAS features Degree in field of mechanical, electrical, automotive or computer engineering Any computer language skills Keywords: information technology golang California Test Engineer - Urban Autonomous Vehicles [email protected] |
