Workday Cutover Lead SaaS The Workday Cutover Lead is responsible for leading the planning and execution of Workday SaaS ERP cutover activities for large, complex implementations. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, change management, release management, and operational oversight. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of project management experience. 5+ years of Workday SaaS ERP implementation experience. Prior experience leading Workday cutover efforts across multiple components. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with public sector clients is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead cutover planning, execution, and risk mitigation efforts. Collaborate with technical, functional, and organizational change management teams. Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure a successful go-live. Provide reporting on cutover progress, challenges, and key milestones.
