Managing and facilitating agile process events ensuring smooth execution and productive outcomes. Acting as a coach to Scrum Masters and Agile teams within the enterprise, promoting agile principles and practices. Identifying and addressing roadblocks that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary. Proactively identifying potential risks and working with teams to mitigate them. Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including product owners, business leaders, technology leaders, and technical architects, regarding project status and progress. Driving ongoing improvement within the release process by analyzing metrics, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing necessary changes. Identifying and managing dependencies between different teams to ensure smooth delivery.
