We are seeking a talented Data Modeler with experience in HC/Hedis (Health Care / Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) and Inovolan to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data integration, and working with healthcare data systems. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data models to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics for healthcare operations.Responsibilities:

Data Modeling:
Design, develop, and maintain data models for healthcare-related data systems, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Create logical, physical, and dimensional data models that support reporting, business analytics, and operational insights.
Build and manage star schemas, snowflake schemas, and other relevant structures for data warehouses and analytical databases.
Ensure data models comply with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements, including HC/Hedis measures.

HC/Hedis Experience:
Work with healthcare data, particularly Hedis measures, to support compliance, reporting, and analysis.
Develop strategies for gathering, structuring, and presenting healthcare data to monitor quality measures, such as clinical quality measures, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with the analytics team to translate healthcare data requirements into data models and reporting solutions.

Inovolan Experience:
Utilize Inovolan's tools and platform to integrate healthcare data and enhance reporting capabilities.
Implement solutions that leverage Inovolan's features to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Assist with troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting Inovolan's integration with other healthcare systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to gather requirements and ensure data models meet business needs.
Provide insights and recommendations on how data modeling can improve business processes, particularly for HC/Hedis reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and metadata management for all data models and transformations.

Data Governance & Compliance:
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and privacy, particularly as it relates to healthcare data.
Ensure data models comply with HIPAA, HEDIS, and other healthcare regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks on data models to ensure accuracy and integrity.Qualifications:

Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Data Modeler, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on healthcare data.
Proven experience working with HC/Hedis measures and reporting requirements.
Hands-on experience with Inovolan (or similar healthcare data integration platforms) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., normalization, dimensional modeling, ETL processes).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Data Warehousing concepts, and data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, IBM InfoSphere).
Experience with BI and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Familiarity with data quality and governance best practices in healthcare.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., HEDIS, Data Modeling, Healthcare IT certifications) are a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical data models.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
