Expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud (Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants). Strong understanding of financial processes and revenue recognition. Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Oracle Cloud PPM Certification. SQL knowledge and ERP integrations experience.
