Leverage remote PC management tools for user assistance. Engage in building client hardware, including PCs, laptops, and wireless devices. Participate in cross-functional team activities. Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripherals. Conduct asset management, patching, and software installations using corporate IT tools. Qualifications: 3 Years of IT experience in supporting end-user devices. Proficient in migrating Windows operating systems from Win7 to Win10, and to Win11. Basic understanding of network concepts.
