You will be part of the technology team in Stock Plan Services business unit that administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. Currently SPS services approx. 2M participants employed by over 300 clients and spread out in 150 countries. The business is looking to further expand in the international equity compensation markets. As part of that we are modernizing our legacy reporting and business intelligence platform to provide data and reports in real-time running on cloud-ready stack. The Business Intelligence Engineer works with the Product Owner, architects, and other engineers to design and build data reporting solutions using business intelligence tools like Power BI. You bring knowledge and expertise using reporting and reporting UI solutions. The Expertise You Have Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required. 5+ Years of Business Intelligence (Power BI) Engineering working Experience Advanced working knowledge of Power BI Development Experience working with Power BI Desktop, Paginated Reports and/or Power BI Rest APIs Experience of Airflow or REST API Experience with Azure or other public cloud providers Experience with Python Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases such as Oracle Experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc. Experience with cloud native data warehousing and data lake solutions using Snowflake, Redshift, etc. Knowledge of batch job scheduling and dependency management using BMC Control-M for distributed systems Your advanced skills in data intensive application development, data integration, and data pipeline design patterns on a distributed platform. Nice to have experience with Tableau Nice to have knowledge of creating and modify new reports using OBIEE The Skills You Bring Your experience in executing projects in an Agile environment.
