Agile Scrum Master - Lead with frontend development Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)local only Duration: 12+ Months Contract Delta Airlines visa :Any Interview Mode :virtual Responsibilities: Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption. Plans Scrum implementations within the organization. Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. Recommends changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team. Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed. Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Monitors and improves the Scrum process and project progress, helping solve impediments in the development process. Coaches the Scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products. Fosters a self-organizing and collaborative Scrum team. Shields the team from outside distractions to maintain focus on agreed sprint goals. Ensures Scrum principles and approaches are correctly understood by the development team and stakeholders. Maximizes team performance by ensuring effective Scrum practices are applied. Qualifications: Experience in Agile methodologies. CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification. Experience leading Scrum teams. Specific Qualifications: Experience with Angular development. Proficiency in TypeScript. Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.
