Contract The Senior PPM Tool Administrator plays a strategic role in project portfolio management. The administrator collaborates with project managers, program and portfolio managers, and senior leadership to ensure the tool provides valuable insight into project performance and alignment with organizational and strategic goals. By managing the PPM tool effectively, the administrator helps the organization make informed decisions about project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio optimization, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of projects and achievement of strategic objectives. What You'll Need 4+ years in Workfront System Administrator role. 2+ years in Workfront Fusion Administrator role. 2+ years experience in business process analysis 2+ years experience in workflow automation Experience using or administering other PPM tools such as Microsoft Project Server, Jira, or other industry leading platforms. In-depth knowledge of project management methodology and practices. Bachelor's degree in a related field, including but not limited to: Computer Science, Program Management, Finance. Experience with independent troubleshooting, utilizing a knowledge base, and further investigating a problem to identify and execute solutions. . Outstanding communicator. Able to engage stakeholders to understand their issues, articulate their needs, and implement feedback. Can explain difficult technical material clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of proficiency.
