Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and decision science.
