Helo, Role- Scrum Master Type : C2C Location: USA (Remote) Overall 15+ years experience Vertical- Healthcare and Life Science (Please include one column in excel and mention the Vertical) JD- We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our Healthcare and Life Science Domain team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles and experienced in facilitating high-performing teams within the sector. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives Act as a servant leader, driving team collaboration, and coaching Agile principles. Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint planning. Ensure sprint releases stay on track and update agile planning tools. Collect and provide relevant data and metrics for sprint accomplishments and opportunities. Attend Scrum of Scrums meetings to synchronize across teams and resolve blockers. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Healthcare and Life Science services. Drive continuous improvement by coaching the team to own and improve their processes. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of agile experience as a Scrum Master Experience using relevant delivery tools and enablers (e.g., MSP, Rally/Jira, Clarity PPM) Ability to focus on areas of coordination and integration between the different Scrum teams. Has thorough understanding of Agile software development methodology, values and procedures and their application in project delivery Proven organizational skills, interpersonal communication skills and team management ability Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others and ensure that the instructions are followed.
