Team: Digital SharePoint Team overseeing Power Automate/Power Apps migration from Nintex Team Size: 9 ppl (bus. Analysts, systems analysts, - mostly b/c theyre going through title changing supporting share point online and process automation tools. (There is another person on the team with Power Automate/Apps/Power BI experience.) Who power apps may not be appropriate for could be commercial off the shelf. Candidate should be able to pivot/adapt to this and make recommendations based off of needs. - Been with this product (nintex) since 2007; but theyre moving b/c of lot of different reasons. - Knowledge of building forms in power apps they will pick up Nintex very easily (not required!) - Leveraging workload process avail within IT portfolio Microsoft forms, svc now, self service catalog become citizen developers, UI path, challenge is they dont have citizen developers they rely on other teams. - Customer will ultimately decide which one they will do based on information provided by this analyst. Official Job Description from Client Nintex Migration Project: Job Scope: We are seeking 2 experienced contractors to assist with migrating forms and workflows made with Nintex tools to other process automation tools. These contingent workers will be brought on to temporarily expand the resource capacity of our IT SharePoint team. At this time, our immediate plan is to leverage their expertise as our delegate to work directly with our internal customers to document and redesign their business processes, help coach citizen developers, and provide technical or development support as needed using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate within Microsoft 365. Other internal process automation tools may be used as appropriate. The successful candidate will have experience designing and building automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps. The successful candidate MUST HAVE the following experience: This is a customer-facing role- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Team mentality, willingness to collaborate with and support team members and group problem solve Ability to analyze and document business process Ability to coach and support users of varying technical ability 3+ years exp SharePoint Online 3+ years building and deploying Power Apps AND Power Automate (must have both) Be available during business hours in the Eastern time zone Nice to have/Pluses: Experience creating and delivering training to users on Power Apps or Power Automate Experience with Nintex products Experience with Microsoft Forms Experience with Power Platform administration Experience working in the Healthcare/HealthPlan industry Project Scope: 62 internal Sentara customers currently use Nintex products. Priority will be to migrate 14 of those customers that were identified as using Prohibited Data in their workflows. Target Start: Migrations are expected to begin in March 2025, or shortly after a 1-year renewal with Nintex. Priority Completion: All customers who currently have Prohibited Data on Nintex will have workflows migrated by the end of Q2 2025. Target Completion: All remaining Nintex workflows will be migrated by December 31, 2025, with a drop-dead date of the end of Nintex contract in March 2026.
