Integrations Mulesoft, Web methods etc. Einstein (good to have) Release Management GxP Experience (good to have) Operations Experience Managing Customer Experience, Translate technical jargons to business workflows when explaining defects. Defect analysis and SF platform upgrades Incident metrics, KPIs, Reports Identify gaps in stories through analysis. Implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy.
