The ideal candidate will have 11-12 years of experience managing banking technology projects, driving digital transformation, and overseeing large-scale core banking system implementations. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and aligning with business objectives within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for core banking technology initiatives, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless project execution.
