Job Description - Position: Senior Systems Network Engineer Duration: 6 months Location: 100% Remote ( Note: Location: Fully remote role. Might need to travel to datacenter in MA (travel reimbursed by client) (preference for MA-based candidates at first) ) JD: Purpose: Address understaffing and reduce ticket backlog (~300 tickets). Support PCI compliance and open enrollment projects, among other tasks. Core Requirements Experience: 10+ years in Systems/Networking within 24/7 high-traffic SaaS environments. Skills: o Strong infrastructure knowledge (data center and cloud). o Proficiency in Azure, virtualization, storage, Windows, Linux, scripting, and database administration.
