Multiple roles: Role: UX Design Lead All positions are located in Cleveland, OH Position 1: Experience Strategy Lead Experience: 15+ years in User Experience Design & Research Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a UX design team. Develop and implement UX design strategies. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing). Create user personas and journey maps. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders. Experience working in an onshore-offshore model. Skills: User-centered design methodologies. Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Experience leading large portal engagements.
