The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the airline industry, specifically with PNR, ETKT, and EMD systems. This role will focus on optimizing processes, analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to implement technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to PNR, ETKT, and EMD. Map out current processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps in the system or workflow, recommending improvements. Conduct system analysis and identify opportunities for process automation, system integration, and improved operational workflows. Requirements Gathering: Elicit requirements for system enhancements or new features related to airline ticketing, reservation systems, and related areas (e.g., EMD, ETKT, PNR). Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment of project goals.
