Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Remote Contract Job Description Experience: 5-8 years Strong Kubernetes experience is the biggest must-have (we need someone who really knows their way around k8s) OpenShift experience would be great (we use OpenShift/ROSA) Solid DevOps background, especially with: CI/CD pipelines Helm charts K8s deployment strategies AWS experience needed but not as critical as k8s (mainly for landing zone setup and provisioning additional clusters) Nice to haves: Java knowledge Python knowledge Key thing to emphasize to candidates: This is primarily a Kubernetes/OpenShift role. While AWS skills are needed, the bulk of the work is in our OpenShift/ROSA environment. The AWS skillset is mostly around landing zone and cluster provisioning.
