Not looking for someone who manages team. Need only Hands-on developers with 10+ years. Role: Principal Integration Engineer Location: New York (Remote and willing to visit customer location based on business needs) Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Must have experience in Capital Markets At least 10 years of experience in Software Engineering with at least one of these programming languages: Java, Python, GoLang, focusing on system integration. Proficiency in Test Driven Development and writing effective unit/integration tests for integrated systems. Strong understanding of CI/CD and automated testing frameworks for integrated environments. Experience with design and development of REST API platforms ensuring seamless integration. Proficient in No SQL, SQL, and Stored Procedures such as in Postgres, MySQL, with a focus on their integration roles. Deep knowledge of Messaging Platforms (AMQ, Kafka) and building integrated async platforms based on such technologies. Experience with Unix, Linux Operating Systems in the context of integrated systems. Familiarity with Scrum and other Agile processes tailored for integration projects. Knowledge of Jira, Git, Jenkins in the context of managing integrated systems. Experience with 24x7, highly-available integrated architectures. Strong communication skills and proficiency in explaining integration concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on integration challenges. Experience with Amazon Web Services in integrated environments. Experience with Linux and writing scripts to extract and transform data across integrated systems. Multiple years of experience in fin-tech specifically in Post Trade, Payment, or SaaS with strong integration skills.
