Job Title: Business Process Architect MDG-RFM and Retail Master Data Solutions Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid ) Travel/Expenses: No travel expenses covered Must-Have Skills: MDG-RFM (Master Data Governance for Retail) RMP solution extension for Retail (Utopia add-on) Data modeling, process modeling, Master data consolidation BRF+, Floor Plan Manager, Master data quality, and workflows Data replication framework for standard and custom Retail master data objects Years of Experience: 5+ years Job Description: As a Business Process Architect, you will work closely with both the business and technical teams to analyze and design new business processes. Your role will involve creating documentation to support the implementation of processes and technologies, focusing on retail master data management. You will define product requirements and use cases, participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs, and ensure the delivery of solutions within a hybrid agile framework. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Business Team to understand requirements and gather product information. Partner with the technical team to design and define solutions within the existing architecture. Create backlogs for features and enhancements, contributing to the product roadmap. Manage IS-Retail Master Data configuration. Oversee master data consolidation and ensure quality control. Implement and configure Data Replication Framework for standard and custom retail master data objects in MDG-RFM. Provide expertise in MDG-RFM data modeling, process modeling, BRF+, and workflows. Present solutions and drive the delivery of projects within a hybrid agile framework. Required Skills: Proven experience in MDG-RFM and RMP solution extension for Retail, particularly Utopia add-on. Solid experience in data modeling, process modeling, and master data consolidation. Strong expertise with BRF+, Floor Plan Manager, and workflows for master data quality. Experience in the Data Replication Framework for standard and custom retail master data objects in MDG-RFM. Knowledge of IS-Retail Master Data configuration. Industry Experience: Retail industry experience is required. Work Environment: Office-based role in Boston; local candidates preferred. Hybrid agile framework. Extension Opportunity: Likely opportunity for contract extension.
