The selected candidate will work remotely but may need to attend occasional onsite meetings in St. Paul, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams using remote collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc. Assist in the development and documentation of functional requirements, including user stories, diagrams, process flows, and Responsibility Assignment Charts (RACI). Support multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery of accurate business analysis. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met. Contribute to the creation of business analysis deliverables for health care eligibility programs. Required Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis (BA). At least 1 year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc. Experience working on multiple projects concurrently. Strong knowledge and experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in working with different project methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Ability to create functional requirements documents, including user stories, diagrams, process flows, and RACI charts. Solid understanding of and experience in writing requirements for healthcare eligibility programs. Additional Requirements : Local candidates only (within an hour of St. Paul, MN).
