READ MUST HAVES, no exceptions without that experience Top 3 Must Haves 5+ years of Healthcare industry experience with deep understanding of FHIR standards for the secure exchange of electronic health care data 5+ years of experience with Microservices or technical product API management to support complex data mapping and integration 5+ years of experience with cloud-first development (AWS highly preferred) and architectures Duties: Translate business and product requirements into technical requirements for API team. Act as the primary liaison between the core product team, engineering teams, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and provide updates on progress. Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices in cloud-first development and composable architectures. Host daily stand-up calls, sprint planning, PI planning efforts/presentations, backlog refinement calls, sprint demos of product value. Lead efforts in complex data mapping and integration, ensuring robust and scalable API solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality platform component Oversee the creation of detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Leverage deep understanding of the healthcare industry to drive the development of business capabilities. Gather feedback from developers and analyze API usage patterns Ensure thorough testing and validation of platform components, collaborating with QA teams to deliver reliable and secure products. Monitor and analyze product performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive documentation for platform components, including user guides, technical specifications, and integration guides. Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on platform capabilities and best practices. Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Microservices or technical product API management. Proven experience in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with FHIR standard. Strong understanding of packaged business capabilities and composable architectures. Expertise in cloud-first development, with experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficient in complex data mapping and integration techniques. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
