This role works directly with the product area leader and involves documenting, monitoring, and effectively communicating portfolio progress to senior leadership while collaborating across a matrix of cross-functional teams (business, customer experience, store, partner platform teams and more). The role will oversee day-to-day operations, support planning activities, and help drive accountability among portfolio leads for both strategic and tactical deliverables. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing complex workflows and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, enabling operational excellence and keeping the portfolio on track for success.
