Role: SAP Project Manager with WM and Financial background Preferred 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Work Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or risks. Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Financials modules, including SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). Manage the integration of SAP Financials with other SAP modules such as SAP WM or MM, working closely with technical and functional teams. Ensure alignment with business goals, and collaborate with business users to identify and implement process improvements. Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation plans, and timelines, ensuring that the team adheres to project goals. Conduct risk management and change control processes to maintain project integrity and scope. Prepare and deliver project documentation, training materials, and end-user training to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge transfer. Stay up to date with industry trends and SAP best practices to ensure the project is aligned with evolving business needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience managing SAP projects, with a focus on SAP Financials (SAP FICO). Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SAP Financials, SAP WM, or SAP MM. Experience in SAP project implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a financial services or manufacturing environment.
