As an Adobe Workfront expert, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and managing the Workfront platform, ensuring seamless workflows, task tracking, resource allocation, and overall project management. You will serve as a key technical resource to optimize business operations through efficient use of the Workfront system. This position is open to candidates with H4 EAD, GC, US Citizenship, or GC EAD. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration Set up Adobe Workfront based on business requirements. Create custom forms, fields, templates, and define project structures. Configure approval workflows and project management structures. Workflow Design Analyze and optimize business processes to create efficient workflows within Workfront. Design task dependencies, set due dates, and automate notifications. User Management Manage user access levels, roles, and team assignments. Ensure data security and proper user configuration. Reporting & Analytics Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project progress, resource utilization, and KPIs. Integration Management Integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems (e.g., AEM, Adobe Campaign, Seismic, etc.) using Workfront Fusion. Training & Support Provide end-user training on Workfront functionalities. Troubleshoot issues and assist with user queries to ensure optimal system usage. System Optimization Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates and enhancements to optimize operations. Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of the Adobe Workfront platform, including configuration and administration. Experience designing and managing custom workflows, fields, templates, and approval processes. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills Ability to analyze business processes and design efficient workflows. Expertise in creating actionable reports and dashboards for project tracking and performance monitoring. System Integration Experience with integrating Workfront with other enterprise applications using Workfront Fusion. Training & Support Ability to train end users and provide ongoing support. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Experience 8-10 years of relevant experience in Adobe Workfront development and engineering.
