Job Title: Business Analyst Retail Banking with FIS DigitalOne Experience Location: Naperville, IL (Day 1 Onsite) Relocation Not Available Job Type: Contract Visa Type: H1B, Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Retail Banking and experience in FIS DigitalOne to join our team. This role will focus on understanding and documenting business requirements for bank branch operations, bank teller applications, and associated retail banking processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of retail banking systems and will work closely with stakeholders to implement solutions using FIS DigitalOne.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and product managers, to gather and define business requirements related to retail banking and bank branch operations. Analyze FIS DigitalOne solutions and ensure that the platform is being used to its fullest potential to support bank teller applications, customer transactions, and branch management. Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the business needs, challenges, and existing systems. Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for retail banking applications, including digital solutions for teller workflows, branch operations, and customer interaction points. Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional designs and ensure the solution aligns with business needs and compliance standards. Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with retail banking standards. Conduct gap analysis and propose recommendations for enhancements to existing banking solutions and systems. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, applications, and digital solutions. Help define KPIs and performance metrics for digital banking initiatives, particularly related to teller and branch applications. Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and development teams to prioritize and manage feature requests, backlogs, and timelines for feature delivery. Perform market research and stay current with retail banking trends, regulations, and best practices to suggest innovative digital solutions for FIS DigitalOne integration.Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail Banking sector. Strong experience with FIS DigitalOne and its suite of tools used for bank teller applications and branch management.
