JD: Job Brief: Stixis is looking for an experienced UKG Pro Developer with expertise in system configuration and Boomi integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Clocks, along with a strong background in Boomi-based integrations. This role involves developing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and providing ongoing application enhancements. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience as a UKG Pro Developer with hands-on configuration and integration expertise. Strong experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, and Attendance. Proficiency in Dell Boomi, designing and maintaining integration processes between UKG Pro and third-party systems. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro APIs, including REST/SOAP web services. Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting data-related issues. Prior experience supporting UKG Pro implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Configure and customize UKG Pro WFM modules, including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Clocks. Develop and manage Boomi integrations between UKG Pro and other enterprise applications (HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, etc.). Troubleshoot and optimize UKG Pro system configurations to align with business needs. Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data synchronization across platforms. Work on API-based integrations, including REST and SOAP web services. Support production issues and change management requests, ensuring system stability and efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to implement best practices in UKG Pro configurations. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring compatibility with integrations. Develop technical documentation, including configuration settings, integration workflows, and troubleshooting guides. Educational Qualification Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
