Job Description: Develop software solutions by: studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle Participate in Sprint grooming sessions to analyze the requirements and implementation scope Implement / develop the solution as per technical design and requirements in user stories Unit test and commit code Advise and mentor junior and mid-level software engineers, and conduct code reviews Fix bugs and issues identified during QA cycle Provide production release and post release support Skills needed: MUST be Very Hands-On with AEM ( +6 years ), Excellent Java knowledge with starndard frameworks like JUnit, etc...
