ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities. Governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management. Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow GRC module, including forms, workflows, and notifications. Scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes).
