Role: Validation and/or Systems Integration Engineer Work Location: Raritan , NJ JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a Validation and/or Systems Integration Engineer specializing in DeltaV Control System or Trubio DeltaV Control System for enhancing the compliance of the Trubio DeltaV Control System. In addition, we are requesting extra resources for documentation updates and system configuration updates. Key Responsibilities: 1) System Upgrade Responsibilities a. Design, Install, and Validate SQL File pull for the Audit Trail into a configurable format. b. Install McAfee or similar virus protection compatible with DeltaV System Configuration. c. Install Acronis Backup onto four servers and configure a GXP server for those backups. d. Develop Archive Strategy for Process Data. e. Configure Cold Restart Parameters in ordinance to technical specifications. f. Creation and execution of test protocols to validate procedures and configuration. g. Update Life cycle documentation (RTM, DDS, FRS) to reflect parameters configured. h. Collaborate on SOP and Work Instructions to ensure cohesion between administration. and usage. 2) Application Technical Support Duties a. Provide hyper care post implementation assistance to ensure changes are stable.
