Job Title: Senior Project Manager Infrastructure & Operations Job Location: Remote (With some Travel) Duration: 6+ months Visa USC/GC (Only) Notes: Travel Required: Occasional travel to Dublin and potentially Manila (short trips, a few days at a time) About the Opportunity: A prestigious, globally recognized professional services firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Infrastructure & Operations to lead the execution of a mission-critical enterprise initiative: establishing a new offshore delivery center in the Philippines. This role will work directly with the Chief Security Officer and collaborate with leaders across the U.S. and Ireland, ensuring all workstreamsincluding Facilities, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Strategyare aligned and operating efficiently. The U.S. and Ireland teams will serve as customers of this new delivery center, and this PM will be responsible for ensuring the right business decisions are made and executed effectively. This is a true PM rolenot just tracking tasks. You will be responsible for gathering and distilling inputs, aligning key stakeholders, driving decisions, and ensuring a seamless execution in partnership with a consulting firm handling the heavy lifting. Key Responsibilities: Act as the central PM leader, pulling together workstreams from multiple stakeholders (Facilities, HR, Tech, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Strategy). Ensure cross-functional alignment between leadership in the U.S., Ireland, and the Philippines. Drive execution and efficiency, working closely with the consulting firm executing on behalf of the business. Facilitate high-impact meetings, setting agendas, managing workstream updates, and aligning teams. Own key project deliverables such as decks, reports, and decision documentation to ensure leadership has clarity on progress. Proactively identify roadblocks, assess risks, and command influence to ensure business decisions are executed effectively. Act as a liaison between executives and workstream leads, ensuring communication is clear and concise. Guide teams through decision-making, ensuring all inputs are gathered and aligned with the firms strategic vision. Push internal and external stakeholders to execute on commitments, holding teams accountable for deliverables. Ideal Candidate Profile: 10+ years of senior-level project management experience, ideally in Operations, Infrastructure, or M&A/Integrations (PMI focus preferred). Freelance consultant or independent contractor with a track record of driving complex initiatives. Experience working with large-scale consulting firms on global transformation projects. Hands-on "doer" mentalityable to execute at a strategic and tactical level. Commanding presencecapable of influencing senior executives and pushing decisions forward. Deep understanding of how businesses operate across workstreams (IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities, etc.). Ability to synthesize complex inputs and distill them into actionable insights for leadership. Excellent executive communication skillsmust be able to present updates and drive buy-in at the highest levels. Expert-level MS Office skills (Project, Vision, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint). Willingness to travel occasionally to Dublin and possibly Manila for short trips (2-3 days at a time).
