Role: Sr. Project Manager- HR Domain Exp level: 13yrs Location: 100% Remote Job type: CTC Job Description: Strong Vendor and Stakeholder Management skills. Ability to drive an external implementation vendor and keep on task and accountable. Ability to ensure our business stakeholders are engaged and delivering per schedule. Ensure the project is delivering to the quality needed. Understanding of HR processes especially Time systems Successful WFM go live with a clear BAU process delivered US and CA currently use a legacy Kronos SaaS for time reporting (feeding Payroll). The current system is out of life on 12/31/25. We are moving to a Global ADP WorkForce Central system (ADP is also the implementation partner).
