Job Description - Job Title: Data Project Coordinator Duration: 6 Months Location: NY (Remote) Must have LinkedIn Two end client manager references Some tasks would include assisting the data lead with day-to-day activities, assisting with ADO (Azure DevOps) Like Jira setup and board, status, etc. Other task includes maintaining schedules, tracking progress, facilitating communication between team members, and ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget, working closely with the project manager to keep the project running smoothly; key duties include creating and updating project documentation, assigning tasks, and reporting project status. Key responsibilities: Project planning and scheduling: Creating and maintaining project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and setting deadlines. Communication management: Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and project managers, including scheduling meetings and distributing updates. Budget monitoring: Tracking project expenses against the budget and identifying potential cost issues. Progress tracking: Monitoring project milestones and reporting on progress to stakeholders. Documentation management: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports. Reporting: Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders.
