Must Have skills: TOSCA, Selenium and TDM (Test Data Management) Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of the client's current QA processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. As the Advisory and Consulting Lead for Quality Engineering, you will play a strategic role in guiding clients through their quality engineering transformation. Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies, including feasibility studies and proof of concepts, to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with the client's CI/CD pipeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of automation efforts with project goals. Perform regular code inspections and manual test executions to identify vulnerabilities and ensure robust security measures are in place. Provide detailed QA reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and progress. Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve automation processes and outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience in QA automation roles, preferably in complex, multi-vendor environments. Strong knowledge of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
