Proven experience in Genesys IVR development, including call flow design, scripting, and integration with backend systems. Hands-on experience with Cyara for IVR testing. Deep understanding of IVR metrics and data analysis. Extensive experience in Watsonx Assistant development, including: Building and training complex conversational flows. Implementing and managing voice authentication solutions. Integrating Watsonx Assistant with other systems. Optimizing Watsonx Assistant models for performance and accuracy. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
