Responsible for answering customer phone calls and emails and translating them into Azure DevOps tickets for resolution. Responsible for logging issues / tickets in both ADO and Excel Sheets and keeping them in sync. Produces a monthly summary report (Excel) of all customer inquiries, status, and ticket numbers from weekly numbers. Entering bug and story tickets into a software management system. Required Technical Skills: Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships. Excel Reporting Skills MS Office Skills Professional Customer Service Phone Skills for high importance customers (public facing, not internal). Ability to execute existing SQL queries. Automation / Technical Writer Experience in Azure DevOps. Knowledge of energy terminology.
