Data Analyst Hybrid at NYC Near by relocation works Only USC GC Local DL only NYC and NJ Rate $45/hr on c2c Proficiency in 2 tools (preferably Alteryx or Power BI) Key to have the soft skills including comms, stakeholder management, PMing, proactive approach, problem solving skills to be able to handle the Enablement side of the role (which I foresee being the main part of the role). As part of the role, candidate will be required to upskill on other tools to get to a point where they can provide support on all 3 tools (equally relevant for our existing consultants on the ground). Additional proficiency in use case triage and process knowledge (in Cap Markets) helpful to be able to guide users on best tooling BA skills for adhoc data analysis, reporting etc. What Youll Get to Do: Support and upskill users one on one or in small groups to use a tool for solution building Partner with client analytic groups to understand business specific data sources, data elements, relationships, and their applicability Translate high level business requirements into fully realized, end-to-end analytical solutions Identify opportunities & applications for advanced analytics and reporting across the business-aligned testing teams Conduct exploratory analysis to achieve a strong foundational knowledge of specific business areas Apply statistical and mathematical techniques for risk analysis using tools such as Python, R, and SQL Streamline processes and reporting using Python and VBA automation Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals What youll bring with You: 4+ yrs in Power Bi, Ui Path and Advanced Alteryx Ability to write Dax functions Hands-on experience with SAS Viya is a plus.
