Job Title: Data Analyst DQA & DQM Location: Minneapolis ,MN Job Type:Contract 10 -11yr Visa Type:H1B,Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong focus on Data Quality Assurance (DQA) and Data Quality Management (DQM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving data quality processes, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with organizational standards. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure that data management practices support business decisions effectively.Key Responsibilities: Data Quality Assessment: Analyze and assess data quality to ensure it meets business needs and regulatory requirements, and develop strategies for improving data quality. Data Quality Assurance: Implement DQA practices to monitor, track, and improve the quality of data used across the organization. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data. Data Cleansing: Lead efforts in identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors to maintain clean and reliable datasets. Data Quality Monitoring: Develop and implement monitoring processes for ongoing data quality and ensure alignment with business standards. Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data owners to define data quality requirements and ensure that data governance frameworks are in place. Data Quality Reporting: Create and present reports on data quality metrics, trends, and issues, and recommend actionable improvements. DQM Implementation: Design and implement Data Quality Management (DQM) frameworks that align with business objectives and ensure continuous improvement in data handling practices. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and collaborate with the relevant teams to address the underlying causes of these issues. Data Profiling: Conduct data profiling to evaluate the structure, content, and quality of data and use this information to implement data quality strategies. Compliance and Standards: Ensure data quality efforts are aligned with industry regulations and internal standards, and help ensure that data governance policies are adhered to.
