Responsible for answering customer phone calls and emails and translating them into Azure Dev Ops tickets for resolution. Responsible for logging issues/tickets in both ADO and Excel sheets and keeping them in sync. Produces a monthly summary report (Excel) of all customer inquiries, status, and ticket numbers from weekly numbers. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Must Have Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
