The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, Java-based backend services, and web technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AEM-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Develop and customize components, templates, and workflows within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Implement AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Workflows to create scalable and robust solutions. Build and maintain Java-based services for AEM integrations with third-party APIs and databases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure, performance, and deployment. Optimize website performance, scalability, and security. Work closely with UI/UX teams to create user-friendly and responsive web applications. Maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments. Follow best practices and coding standards for AEM development.Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and above). Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Servlets, and JSP. Experience with AEM Sling models, CRX repository, and JCR queries. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and React/Angular. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON for integrations. Experience with AEM Dispatcher configurations for caching and security. Proficiency in Maven, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign. Knowledge of Headless CMS development using AEM. Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes. Experience with Agile development methodologies.Education & Certification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Adobe AEM Developer Certification (preferred).
