JD: Experience 5+ years in data analysis, MDM, or related fields Job Description Seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst to support the implementation and management of the Broker MDM solution. The analyst will work closely with business teams, developers, and data stewards to analyze broker data, ensure quality and consistency, and support the Informatica Cloud MDM platform by delivering actionable insights and reports. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Profiling: Analyze broker data from internal and external systems, to identify patterns, anomalies, and gaps. Perform data profiling to support MDM match/merge rule configurations. MDM Support: Collaborate with the Informatica Cloud MDM development team to ensure accurate broker data processing. Assist in defining survivorship rules, hierarchy structures, and data cleansing requirements. Data Quality and Governance: Monitor and report on data quality metrics, ensuring alignment with governance policies. Work with data stewards to resolve data issues and support exception management workflows. Reporting and Insights: Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into broker data trends and MDM performance. Create ad hoc and scheduled reports for business teams to support decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to understand and document data requirements. Support end-users by providing training and resolving data-related queries. Required Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and data analysis tools such as IDQ or any other data quality tools Familiarity with Informatica Cloud MDM or similar MDM platforms. Strong understanding of Master Data Management. Strong understanding of data quality, match/merge rules, and governance practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, MDM, or related fields. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
